We create 3D renders for Property Developers, Project Marketers, Creative Agencies, Architects & Interior Designers.
We believe that quality must always prevail against quantity. Emotive photorealistic 3D visualizations not only create an
up-market feel for your project but can also increase click-through rates for your marketing campaigns.
Timeframes
A single image takes 1-2 weeks to create and whole projects range from 4 weeks up to 3 months, depending on project scope and production capacity.
A project with 10 -18 visualizations takes approximately 5-7 weeks including information collection, production & revisions.
The most significant factor affecting timeframes is information availability. Engaging a 3D rendering company too early, when the design is still being developed, will cause delays and unexpected fees. For fast & easy workflow, ensure you have all information available before the 3D Render production process starts.
THE BRIEF
The first meeting is where we discuss the direction of the project. Important factors like lighting, furniture/styling, and camera angles are discussed. All Mood Boards and references are reviewed at this stage.
Below is an essential list of files we require to begin work on a 3D render project:
-
Architectural Plans
-
Landscaping Plans
-
3D Models / CAD files
-
Exterior & Interior schedule of finishes
-
Schedule of Inclusions
Contact us if you are unsure you have all the required files. We are happy to go through the documentation and determine what is missing.
2. Camera Angle Selection
All scenes are detailed to fit the mood board or references provided by the client. We provide various angle options for each image for the client to choose from.
These are in form of clay renders to give a sense of the setting, ambiance, and furnishings.
3. Textured Drafts
From textured drafts, our client will receive a finalized image with lighting, materials, and textures perfected.
4. Revisions
We collaborate with the client to refine the image
Final Image
The image is finalized and prepared in two formats (high res jpeg & web ).
